in the last weekWhilst the food was very good, unfortunately the service was not. It was very slow, they forgot about our drinks (they lost the docket, however they did apologise when we asked later). Lastly, at least 2 out of the 4 bathrooms didn’t have any toilet paper. Would not return, despite the food being very very good!

in the last weekSo disappointing from firstly waiting for our order to be taken then waiting 20 minutes for 2 tap beers to the food .. I had seafood chowder no taste at all actually couldn’t eat it .. to the blue cod so small and very dry .. then how do you not get fries right 🤦🏽♀️do not recommend Pier at all .. staff maybe a 5/10

in the last weekWe had a really good time there - with no reservations we got a table outside and close to the heater. We enjoyed our dinner there with beautiful view. Best kid’s dish!! He had grilled chicken with mash and veggies.

in the last weekIt was amazing, the staff were very friendly and the food came very early. Our drinks came fast, like very fast. The tables were clean and the whole restaurant had a nice clean feel to it. I ordered a burger and it was amazing, probably one of the best burgers I have ever gotten. The vibe was very nice and its a reasonable price. It is also a great place for kids, my kids loved it here and the food.
