in the last weekWe had a wonderful family dinner at Rothko! We chose the chef's choice option at the recommendation of staff and were not disappointed! The staff were very attentive and able to answer every question we had about the unique ingredients that were used. We are so appreciative of the great care they took of us.

a week agoHad their potato hash and claypot beef. Claypot beef was amazing, bone marrow was fatty and full of flavour and accompanying with the claypot beef saffron rice. Really enjoy it. The potato hash was also very unique and crispy and flavourful. Im giving lower in score due to that I see birds hopping around tables on clean plates where people are going to eat off, this feels unhygienic and is a health hazard. I think what they should do is, only bring out the plates when the customers arrive and seated.

2 weeks agoI felt like a fool. The food was such a small portion it felt like I ate nothing at all. We had no idea what the menu was. Eventually, we ordered a meal for 2 which was only a small steak with rice and cabbage. The total was 150$. This was the worst restaurant I’ve ever tried in New Zealand and I feel scammed
