We just love the Seafood platter at Oyster and Chop, which is very much a seafood indulgence. But to be honest every dish is close to perfectly executed and to be savoured.
Their seafood is sourced responsibly, focusing on sustainable practices that preserve marine environments and ensure a fresh catch. It’s part of their commitment to quality and environmental care.
Ingredients used are of the highest quality, and very fresh. Meat is grass or grain-fed, hormone-free and ethically-raised.

Choose from more cosy casual dining in the space by the bar area or for more of a fine dining experience with white table cloths, there’s the main restaurant.
The restaurant’s interior blends modern elegance with comfort, featuring warm lighting and stylish decor. These elements create a welcoming space perfect for both casual and fine dining experiences.
Expect a top range of wines and beautiful viaduct water views. Oyster and Chop restaurant is a favourite for us, especially on a Sunday where Oysters are only $2.50 all day*!
The wine list features award-winning selections from renowned wineries. Each bottle is chosen to perfectly complement the seafood and meat dishes, enhancing the dining experience.
Special events, like exclusive wine tastings and seasonal chef specials, are often held, offering guests a unique opportunity to sample new flavors and pairings.

in the last weekIf you're looking for oysters, I wouldn't recommend this place; they were quite disappointing in terms of flavor and freshness. The lobster was fresh and good. The scallops were good, but there were only four. And the bread was clearly homemade. The staff was attentive, but insufficient when the place was full. We had to wait 15 minutes for the bread. All of this, and considering the price, left us disappointed.
