2 weeks agoThis is our third time staying at the lodge. It’s a perfect spot for a romantic getaway. The staff are very friendly and professional. However, the gardens around the cottages are neglected and full of weeds and do not give a good impression of a high quality resort. Our cottage looked like it had not been checked for a while. The carpet was dirty and bathroom dirty around the edges. The curtain in the room was also broken.

2 weeks agoOne word…disappointing. Woodhouse, at one point must have been and offered a high quality experience, but now, everything is showing signs of wear, the staff are not committed and the food is ok. All in all, underwhelming.
