Puglia (in Latin ‘Apulia’) is a beautiful Southern region of Italy and that’s where Cosimo (the owner) comes from. The region is known for its rich history, steeped in centuries-old traditions and culinary influences from the Mediterranean. Inspired by the traditions of his homeland, he brings the passion and simplicity of Italian cuisine. Typical dishes include focaccia barese and tiella, both celebrating the area’s deep flavours.

All dishes at Puglia are made with fresh and high quality ingredients in order to give customers an authentic and genuine Italian food experience. Ingredients are sourced from local farmers and, wherever possible, directly imported from Italy to ensure authenticity.

The orecchiette, gnocchi, tagliatelle pasta is made from scratch in the restaurants kitchen every day. Puglia has an exceptional wine list including a good offering of Italian wines to elevate every dish. Notable selections feature Montepulciano and Primitivo, each enhancing the restaurant’s carefully crafted dishes. The interior reflects a warm, rustic vibe, reminiscent of a traditional Italian trattoria, offering an inviting atmosphere.
