The Landing Resturant at Riverhead (Auckland) is a special spot. We love the outside deck by the river in summer and somewhere close to the fire in the cooler months. The Menu changes seasonally, with dishes that are cooked from scratch with ingredients sourced locally when possible and include popular dishes such as the Kumeu wine-paired lamb rump, showcasing the best of local flavours, including fresh herbs. A wine list show cases some wines from the local Kumeu wine district.
We love the Boat house just next door which is popular for weddings and as a relaxed place to chill out while listening to some live music* on Sundays.
